Our only non boiled and baked offering. This beauty is our plain bagel dough but instead of rolling it out like a bagel it is flattened like a disk. Once it rises we put an indenture in the middle and fill it with a mix of onion, poppyseeds, kosher salt, and olive oil. This is traditional NY right here!
